ଏପଟେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷାକୁ ନେଇ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସତର୍କତାମୂଳକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆଯାଇଛି। ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା, ଗଜପତି ଓ ଜଗତସିଂହପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ଏବଂ ଅଙ୍ଗନବାଡ଼ି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ ଛୁଟି ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। ବଡ଼ ବର୍ଷାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ମାଲକାନଗିରି, କୋରାପୁଟ ଓ ପୁରୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଛୁଟି ବାତିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୫ ତାରିଖ ଯାଏଁ ହେଡକ୍ୱାର୍ଟର୍ସ ନ ଛାଡ଼ିବାକୁ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ରହିଛି ।
Amid forecasts of heavy to very heavy rainfall, district administrations across Odisha have stepped up preparedness measures. Schools and Anganwadi centres have been declared closed in Khordha, Gajapati and Jagatsinghpur.
