ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ମେଡିକାଲ ସର୍ଭିସେସ୍ କ୍ୟାଡରରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ଦନ୍ତ ଚିକିତ୍ସକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବଡ଼ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏନଏମସି ଦ୍ୱାରା ସ୍ୱୀକୃତ ମେଡିକାଲ କଲେଜରୁ ପୋଷ୍ଟ-ଗ୍ରାଜୁଏସନ୍ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ହାସଲ କରିଥିବା ଏବଂ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଓ ପରିବାର କଲ୍ୟାଣ ବିଭାଗ ଅଧୀନରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ଦନ୍ତ ଚିକିତ୍ସକମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାସିକ ୨୦ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ।
The Odisha Health Department has announced a major incentive for dentists working under the Odisha Medical Services cadre. Dentists who have obtained a postgraduate qualification from an NMC-recognised medical college and are serving under the Health and Family Welfare Department will be eligible for a monthly incentive of ₹20,000. The move is aimed at providing financial incentives to eligible postgraduate-qualified dental doctors working in the state health services.
