The Odisha Bhawan project in Delhi has come under scrutiny as six months have passed since the foundation stone was laid, but construction work is yet to begin.

The project currently appears limited to a signboard and inauguration plaque, while ministers and government officials visiting Delhi from Odisha continue to stay in private hotels, reportedly resulting in bills worth crores of rupees.
