ଧାରଣାରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା କନିଷ୍ଠ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ସଙ୍ଘ । ନିୟମିତ କରିବା ଦାବିରେ ତୃତୀୟ ଦିନରେ ଧାରଣାରେ ବସିଛନ୍ତି ହଜାର ହଜାର ଶିକ୍ଷକ, ଶିକ୍ଷୟତ୍ରୀ। ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ରେଗୁଲାର୍ କରିବାକୁ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏପ୍ରିଲ ଦୁଇ ତାରିଖରେ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଥିଲା । ୧୪ ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨୦୨୬ରେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ ରହିତାଦେଶ ଲଗାଇ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ସତ୍ୟପାଠ ଦାଖଲ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଏହାକୁ ୫ ମାସ ବିତିଯାଇଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସରକାର ସତ୍ୟପାଠ ଦାଖଲ କରିନାହାନ୍ତି । ଫଳରେ କନିଷ୍ଠ ଶିକ୍ଷକମାନଙ୍କର ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ହୋଇପାରୁନାହିଁ । ସରକାର ଶୀଘ୍ର ଆଲୋଚନା କରି ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ମିଳିଲେ ହିଁ ଧାରଣାରୁ ହଟିବେ ବୋଲି କହିଛି ସଂଘ ।

The Odisha Junior Teachers’ Association is continuing its sit-in protest for the third day, with thousands of teachers demanding regularisation of their jobs. A notification for regularisation had been issued on April 2, 2026, but the High Court imposed a stay on April 14 and directed the government to file an affidavit. The association says five months have passed, but the affidavit has not been filed, leaving the teachers awaiting permanent appointment. The teachers have said they will withdraw the protest only after the government holds discussions and gives an assurance on regularisation.
