ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସମୟ ସୀମା ଭିତରେ ସେବା ନମିଳିଲେ ତଣ୍ଡ ଗଣିବେ ଅଫିସର। ବିଳମ୍ବ ପାଇଁ ଦାୟୀ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ଦରମାରୁ କଟିବ ଦିନକୁ ୨୫୦ଟଙ୍କା ଜରିମାନା। ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଆଣିଛି ଏଭଳି ନୂଆ ଗାଇଡ଼ଲାଇନ। ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଜନସେବା ଅଧିକାର ଆଇନ, ୨୦୧୨ ଅଧୀନରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ସରକାରୀ ସେବା ଯୋଗାଣ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକୁ ଅଧିକ ପାରଦର୍ଶୀ ଓ ଉତ୍ତରଦାୟୀ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଲାଗୁ ହୋଇଛି ‘ଅଟୋ-ଅପିଲ୍ ସିଷ୍ଟମ୍’।
