ଉଦଳା ମେଡିକାଲ ପରିସରରେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଅଗ୍ନିକାଣ୍ଡ । ଅକ୍ସିଜେନ୍ ଟାଙ୍କି ଫାଟି ହୁତୁହୁତୁ ହୋଇ ଜଳିଗଲା ଘରୋଇ ଆମ୍ବୁଲାନ୍ସ। ଏଥିରେ ଜଣେ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦୁଇ ଜଣ ରୋଗୀ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ମୃତକ ହେଲେ କୁଣ୍ଡାବାଇ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ସୁଯୋଶ କୁମାର ବାରିକ। ଆହତ ଆଟେଣ୍ଡାଣ୍ଟ ଓ ଡ୍ରାଇଭରଙ୍କୁ ଉଦଳା ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରାଯାଇଛି। ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ, ଉଦଳାରୁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରକୁ ଯିବା ପାଇଁ ରୋଗୀ ସୁଯୋଶ କୁମାର ବାରିକଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ବୁଲାନ୍ସରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ରୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ଅକ୍ସିଜେନ ଲଗାଇବା ବେଳେ ହଠାତ୍ ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣ ଘଟିଥିଲା। ଆମ୍ବୁଲାନ୍ସରେ ନିଆଁ ଲାଗି ଆମ୍ବୁଲାନ୍ସର ଛାତ ଉଡ଼ିଯାଇଥିଲା। ଲୋକ ଆମ୍ବୁଲାନ୍ସ ଭିତରୁ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଦୁର୍ଭଗ୍ୟବଶତଃ ଆମ୍ବୁଲାନ୍ସରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି ହୋଇଥିବା ସୁଯୋଶ କୁମାର ବାରିକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଥିଲା। ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ବାହିନୀ ପହଞ୍ଚି ନିଆଁକୁ ଆୟତ୍ତ କରିଥିଲା। ତେବେ ଅଗ୍ନିକାଣ୍ଡର ପ୍ରକୃତ କାରଣ ଏବଂ କାହିଁକି ଅକ୍ସିଜେନ ଟାଙ୍କି ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣ ହେଲା, ସେନେଇ ତଦନ୍ତ ପରେ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହେବ ।

A terrifying incident at Udala Medical premises! A private ambulance suddenly caught fire after an oxygen cylinder reportedly exploded while oxygen was being administered to a patient.

One patient, Suyash Kumar Barik, tragically lost his life, while the attendant and driver were injured and admitted to Udala Hospital.

The ambulance was carrying the patient from Udala towards Bhubaneswar when the incident occurred. Firefighters rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control.

The exact cause of the fire and what triggered the oxygen-cylinder explosion will be known after the investigation.
