SIR Decision Was Unanimous, Election Commission Tells Supreme Court

ଭାରତୀୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଜାରି SIR ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାମା ଥିଲା ମିଳିତ ଓ ସର୍ବସମ୍ମତିକ୍ରମ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି। ଏ ନେଇ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୁକ୍ତଙ୍କ ସହ ଆୟୋଗର ଅନ୍ୟ ଦୁଇ କମିଶନର ସୋମବାର ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ ଏକ ସତ୍ୟପାଠ ଦାଖଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିଶନ ଅନିୟମିତତାର ଅଭିଯୋଗକୁ ଖଣ୍ଡନ କରାଯିବା ସହ SIR ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନାମା CEC ଓ ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିଶନରଙ୍କ ସର୍ବସମ୍ମତ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଥିଲା ବୋଲି ସତ୍ୟପାଠରେ ଦର୍ଶାଯାଇଛି।

The Election Commission of India has stated that its directive on the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) was a collective and unanimous decision. On Monday, the Chief Election Commissioner and the other two Election Commissioners filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court regarding the matter. In the affidavit, the Commission rejected allegations of irregularities and stated that the SIR directive had received unanimous approval from the Chief Election Commissioner and the Election Commissioners. The submission comes amid legal scrutiny of the SIR process.
