Tension erupted at Kutunia Sahi in Ward No. 9 of Dhenkanal city over a slum eviction drive. More than 170 families reportedly live in the area, with over 80 families having received land rights under the government’s Guntikia Patta scheme, while the administration says others are occupying government land illegally.
