Tension erupted during a protest by online auto and taxi drivers in Bhubaneswar on the third day of their agitation. Protesters gathered at Lower PMG and Master Canteen Square over a 30-point charter of demands raised by the All Odisha Gig Workers Union. The situation reportedly turned tense, with allegations of stone-pelting, damage to vehicles and a police lathi-charge. Some police personnel and drivers were reportedly injured.
