Supreme Court Refuses Stay in UPI MDR Case, Seeks Clarification from RBI, NPCI

ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ UPI MDR ମାମଲା। ରହିତାଦେଶ ଜାରି କରିବାକୁ ମନା କଲେ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ। ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ UPI MDR ବିବାଦ ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣି କରି ଏହି ରାୟ ଶୁଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ। NCPI ଓ RBIକୁ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟୀକରଣ ମାଗିଛନ୍ତି ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟ। MDR ଚାର୍ଜକୁ ନେଇ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟୀକରଣ ମାଗିଛନ୍ତି ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟାଳୟ। ୪ ସପ୍ତାହ ଭିତରେ ଜବାବ ଦାଖଲ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

The Supreme Court has refused to grant a stay in the UPI Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) dispute while hearing the case. The court has sought clarification from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) regarding MDR charges. RBI and NPCI have been directed to file their responses within four weeks. The matter concerns the dispute over MDR charges on UPI transactions.
