ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡରେ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟର କ୍ରାସ୍ । ଆଖି ବୁଜିଲେ ପାଇଲଟଙ୍କ ସମେତ ୬ ଜଣ ଯାତ୍ରୀ। ହେଲିକପଟରଟି ବଦ୍ରିନାଥରୁ ଡେହରାଡୁନ ଯାଉଥିଲା। ଏହି ସମୟରେ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟରଟି ନିଖୋଜ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିଲା। ତାସହ ବିଛିନ୍ନ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିଲା ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ। ପରେ ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଥିଲା ଜୋଶୀମଠ ନିକଟରେ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟରଟି କ୍ରାସ୍ ହୋଇଛି। ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ପରେ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରୁ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟରର ଭଗ୍ନାବଶେଷ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ହୋଇଛି। ଖରାପ ପାଗ ଓ କମ୍ ଦୃଶ୍ୟମାନତା ଯୋଗୁ ଏଭଳି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ଘଟିଥିବା ଆଶଙ୍କା କରାଯାଉଛି। ମିଳିଥିବା ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ, ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସ ଭାରତ ଏଭିଏସନ୍ କମ୍ପାନୀର ଏହି ହେଲିକପ୍ଟରଟି ଆଜି ଦିନ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧ଟା ୧୪ ମିନିଟ୍ ରେ ବଦ୍ରିନାଥରୁ ଦେହରାଦୁନ ଅଭିମୁଖେ ଉଡ଼ାଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲା। ତେବେ ଜୋଶୀମଠ ଉପତ୍ୟକା ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରୁଥିବା ସମୟରେ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟର ସହ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ ବିଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଏହାପରେ ଟ୍ରାକିଂ ସିଷ୍ଟମ୍ ରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟରର ଅବସ୍ଥିତି ଜଣାପଡ଼ିନଥିଲା। ପରେ ଚାଇ ଗାଁ ନିକଟ ହାଥୀ ପର୍ବତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟରର ଭଗ୍ନାବଶେଷ ଠାବ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏଥିରେ ଥିବା ପାଇଲଟ୍ ଙ୍କ ସମେତ ସମସ୍ତ ୬ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ମୃତକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପାଇଲଟ୍ ହିମାଂଶୁଙ୍କ ସମେତ ପ୍ରତାପ, ଅରୁଣ, ଶଙ୍କର ଗୌଡ଼ା, ସୁଧୀର କେ ଏବଂ ଏଚ୍.ଏସ୍. ନଟରାଜ। ୫ ଜଣ ଯାତ୍ର୍ରୀ ବେଙ୍ଗାଲୁରୁର ବୋଲି ରିପୋର୍ଟରେ ଦର୍ଶାଯାଇଛି। ୫ ଯାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଜଣେ ପୋଲିସ ଅଫିସର ଏବଂ ଜଣେ ଆଇନଜୀବୀ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ପରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ସେନା, ପୋଲିସ, SDRF ଏବଂ ITBP ଟିମ୍ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ଏହି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ପରେ ସତର୍କତାମୂଳକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସ ଭାରତ ଏଭିଏସନର ସମସ୍ତ ହେଲିକପ୍ଟରକୁ ଗ୍ରାଉଣ୍ଡ କରାଯାଇଛି।

Six people, including the pilot, were killed after a helicopter operated by Trans Bharat Aviation crashed near Joshimath in Uttarakhand. The helicopter was flying from Badrinath to Dehradun when contact was lost while it was crossing the Joshimath valley. Its wreckage was later found near the Hathi Parvat area close to Chai village. Poor weather and low visibility are suspected to have caused the crash. The deceased have been identified as pilot Himanshu and passengers Pratap, Arun, Shankar Gowda, Sudhir K and H.S. Nataraj. Five passengers were reportedly from Bengaluru, including a police officer and a lawyer. The Indian Army, police, SDRF and ITBP teams joined the rescue operation. As a precautionary measure, all helicopters operated by Trans Bharat Aviation have been grounded.
