Another low-pressure area is likely to form over the Bay of Bengal today, potentially increasing rainfall across Odisha. The weather department has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall in parts of North Odisha and adjoining districts. Bhadrak, Kendrapada and Jagatsinghpur may receive particularly heavy rainfall.
