The flood situation in Chandbali block of Bhadrak district remains serious, with 24 villages across four panchayats—Aradi, Sundarpur, Nandapur and Olag—marooned for the past three days due to the Baitarani River floodwater. Residents are facing severe difficulties, with people and cattle affected and crops damaged as floodwater enters agricultural fields.
