Dhauli Police in Bhubaneswar have arrested alleged chain-snatcher Sudarshan Pradhan alias Raja in connection with a series of gold-chain snatching incidents across the capital city. Police reportedly seized two gold chains and a Pulsar motorcycle allegedly used in the crimes. The arrest followed an investigation into a complaint regarding a gold-chain snatching incident in the Indira Housing Board area.
