ଏପଟେ ଓରାଙ୍ଗଉଟାନଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ୫ ଜଣିଆ ବୈଷୟିକ କମିଟି ଗଠନ ହୋଇଛି। ପିସିସିଏଫ୍ ଗଠନ କରିଥିବା ଏହି କମିଟିରେ ନନ୍ଦନକାନନ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଆବାହକ ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ସେହିପରି ୱାଇଣ୍ଡ ଲାଇଫ୍ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ୍ ଅଫ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ଜଣେ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଏବଂ ଓୟୁଏଟି ବନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାଣୀ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ପ୍ରୋଜେକ୍ଟ କୋର୍ଡିନେଟର କମିଟିର ସଦସ୍ୟ ରହିଛନ୍ତି।

A five-member technical committee has been formed for the protection of the orangutans. The committee has been constituted by the PCCF, with the Director of Nandankanan serving as its convener. A representative of the Wildlife Institute of India and the Project Coordinator of the OUAT Wildlife Centre are also members of the committee. The formation of the technical committee is aimed at providing technical oversight for the protection and care of the orangutans.
