ଛାତ ନାହିଁ, ମେଲା କବାଟ-ଝରକା । କାନ୍ଥ ଫାଟି ଆଁ କରିଛି, ସ୍ଥାନେ ସ୍ଥାନେ ଅନାବନା ଗଛଲତା । ଦେଖିଲେ ଲାଗୁଛି ଯେମିତି ଏଇଟା ଗୋଟେ ଭୂତ କୋଠି । ହେଲେ ଏହା କୌଣସି ଭୂତକୋଠି ନୁହେଁ ବରଂ ଏହା ହେଉଛି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରାପଡା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମହାକାଳପଡା ବ୍ଲକ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଜମ୍ବୁ ଠାରେ ଥିବା ବ୍ରିଟିଶ ଅମଳର ଏକ ପ୍ରାଚୀନ କୋଠା । ନାଁ ଏହାର ଲାଲ କୋଠା । ଦୂଇ ମହଲା ବିଶିଷ୍ଟଏହି କୋଠା ଏକଦା ବ୍ରିଟିସ ଶାସନ ସମୟରେ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟର ପ୍ରାଣକେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଥିଲା । କୋଠାଟି ନ'ଅଙ୍କ ଦୁର୍ଭିକ୍ଷ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହୋଇଥିବା କୁହାଯାଉଛି ।

A historic British-era building in Jambu under Mahakalapada block of Kendrapara district is reportedly facing neglect and deterioration. The two-storey structure, known as the Red Building, has no roof, while its doors and windows remain open and parts of the walls have developed cracks. Wild vegetation has also grown across several sections, giving the building the appearance of a deserted structure. The Red Building was once considered a major centre of trade during British rule. It is said to have been constructed before the Na-Anka famine.
