ଗଭୀର ଅବପାତ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଲାଗି ରହିଛି। ଗଭୀର ଅବପାତ ଏବେ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶର ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗରେ ରହିଛି। ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହା ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗକୁ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏହା ଉତ୍ତର ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଆଡ଼କୁ ଗତି କରୁଛି । ରାୟଗଡ଼ା ଠାରୁ ୮୦ କିଲୋମିଟର , କଳିଙ୍ଗ ପାଟନାମ ଠାରୁ ୭୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ଜଗଦଲ ପୁର ଠାରୁ ୮୦ କିମି ଦୂରରେ ରହିଛି। ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଗଭୀର ଅବପାତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଦେଇ ଗତି କରି ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ ଆଡ଼କୁ ଯିବ ବୋଲି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶିକା।

Heavy rain continues in several districts of Odisha under the influence of a deep depression. The system is currently over land in Andhra Pradesh and is moving towards the northwest. According to the Regional Meteorological Centre Director, the deep depression is expected to enter Odisha by the evening and move across the state towards Chhattisgarh by tomorrow evening. It is currently around 80 km from Rayagada, 70 km from Kalingapatnam and 80 km from Jagdalpur. The India Meteorological Department has also issued weather warnings for Odisha, including heavy to extremely heavy rainfall in parts of the state.
