Tension has surfaced at a private medical facility in Jagatpur, Cuttack, following the death of a 60-year-old patient. The deceased has been identified as Bijay Panda of the Bhubanpur area of Jagatpur. He was taken to the medical facility yesterday after complaining of chest pain.
