Cyclone Arnab's aftermath disrupts rail and road connectivity. Floodwaters inundate railway tracks, forcing the cancellation of 9 trains and diversion of 14 others on the Chennai-Howrah route. Hundreds of passengers remain stranded at railway stations. Meanwhile, floodwaters from the Bahuda River overflow onto NH-16, triggering a massive 4-km traffic jam. Train and road services face severe disruption following heavy rainfall and flooding.
