A depression over the Bay of Bengal has intensified into a deep depression and is moving towards the North Andhra Pradesh–South Odisha coast. According to IMD Director General Dr. Mrutyunjay Mohapatra, the system is very likely to cross the coast between Visakhapatnam and Gopalpur on the night of September 23.
