ଜଣେ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ହେବେ ଶିକ୍ଷକ। ଓଟିଭିରେ ଏନେଇ ଖବର ପ୍ରସାରଣ ପରେ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ସରକାର। ଜଣେ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଥିବା ସ୍କୁଲରେ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମସ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କୁ ଏନେଇ ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ସଚିବ। ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାର ଆଇନ ପାଳନ ସହ ୧୫ ଦିନରେ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଦାଖଲ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। .. ରାଜ୍ୟର ଅନେକ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଜଣେ ଶିକ୍ଷକରେ ଚାଲିଛି ସ୍କୁଲ।

The Odisha government has taken a major step to address the shortage of teachers in schools functioning with only one teacher. Following an OTV report on the issue, the government has directed immediate teacher appointments in such schools across the state. The Mass Education Secretary has written to all district collectors, directing them to ensure compliance with the Right to Education (RTE) Act and submit a report within 15 days. Many schools in different parts of Odisha are currently functioning with just one teacher, prompting the government to take action and assess the situation across the state.
