ପୁଣି ଚିନ୍ତା ବଢାଇଛି ଲଘୁଚାପ ବର୍ଷା। ଉତ୍ତର ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟ ଲଘୁଚାପ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ବେହାଲ ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟ । ରେଡ୍ ଆଲର୍ଟରେ କନ୍ଧମାଳ ଓ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି । ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୫ ଜିଲ୍ଲା- ଗଞ୍ଜାମ, ଗଜପତି, ରାୟଗଡ଼ା, କୋରାପୁଟ ଓ ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁରକୁ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି ଅରେଞ୍ଜ ଆଲର୍ଟ । ବାକି ୨୩ ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ୟେଲୋ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଉପକୂଳ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ପ୍ରବଳରୁ ଅତିପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ହେବାନେଇ ସତର୍କ କରିଛି ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର। ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ବର୍ଷା ପରିମାଣ ସାମାନ୍ୟ କମିବା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଥିଲେ ବି ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ହୋଇପାରେ । କାଲି ପାଇଁ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି, ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର ଓ କୋରାପୁଟକୁ ଅରେଞ୍ଜ ଆଲର୍ଟ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । କନ୍ଧମାଳ, ଗଞ୍ଜାମ, ରାୟଗଡ଼ା, ଗଜପତି, ବଲାଙ୍ଗିର ଓ ନୂଆପଡ଼ା ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ବି ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ହେବାନେଇ ସତର୍କ ସୂଚନା ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଲଘୁଚାପ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ୪୮ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଅଶାନ୍ତ ରହିବ ସମୁଦ୍ର । ଏଣୁ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀଙ୍କୁ ସମୁଦ୍ର ଭିତରକୁ ନ ଯିବାକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛି ପାଣିପାଗ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର।

The low-pressure system over the north Bay of Bengal has intensified rain concerns across Odisha. Red alert has been issued for Kandhamal and Kalahandi, while Orange Alert has been issued for Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Koraput and Nabarangpur. The remaining 23 districts are under Yellow Warning, with the weather centre forecasting heavy to very heavy rain in coastal Odisha. Rain may decrease slightly tomorrow, but heavy rainfall is likely in southern Odisha. Orange Alert has been issued for Kalahandi, Nabarangpur and Koraput, while Kandhamal, Ganjam, Rayagada, Gajapati, Balangir and Nuapada are also likely to receive heavy rain. The sea is expected to remain rough for 48 hours, and fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea.
