Heavy Rain Alert in Odisha: Orange Alert for 3 Districts, Sea to Remain Rough for 48 Hours

#ଏହିସବୁ_ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ_ପ୍ରବଳ_ବର୍ଷିବ !
ପୁଣି ଚିନ୍ତା ବଢାଇଛି ଲଘୁଚାପ ବର୍ଷା। ଉତ୍ତର ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟ ଲଘୁଚାପ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ବେହାଲ ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟ। ଆଜି ପାଇଁ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି, ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର ଓ କୋରାପୁଟକୁ ଅରେଞ୍ଜ ଆଲର୍ଟ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି। ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ବର୍ଷାକୁ ଦେଖି କଳାହାଣ୍ଡିରେ ଆଜି ବନ୍ଦ ରହିବ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ। ସେପଟେ କନ୍ଧମାଳ, ଗଞ୍ଜାମ, ରାୟଗଡ଼ା, ଗଜପତି, ବଲାଙ୍ଗିର, ନୂଆପଡ଼ା ଓ ମାଲକାନଗିରି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ହେବାନେଇ ସତର୍କ ସୂଚନା ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି। ଲଘୁଚାପ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ୪୮ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଅଶାନ୍ତ ରହିବ ସମୁଦ୍ର।

Low-pressure-induced rain has raised concerns across Odisha as a low-pressure area over the north Bay of Bengal continues to affect the state. An orange alert has been issued for Kalahandi, Nabarangpur and Koraput for today, while educational institutions in Kalahandi will remain closed in view of the expected rainfall. A heavy rainfall warning has also been issued for Kandhamal, Ganjam, Rayagada, Gajapati, Balangir, Nuapada and Malkangiri. Under the influence of the low-pressure system, the sea is expected to remain turbulent for 48 hours.
