କୋରାପୁଟ ମାଳିଗୁଡ଼ା ଷ୍ଟେସନ ନିକଟରେ ଭୁସୁଡ଼ିଲା ହାଇ ଭୋଲଟେଜ୍ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଟାୱାର। ଭୁସ୍ଖଳନ ଫଳରେ ଟ୍ରାକ ଉପରେ ମାଟି ପଡ଼ି ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ଚଳାଚଳ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହୋଇଛି। ପବନ ଓ ବର୍ଷାର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଟାୱାରଟି ପ୍ରଥମେ ବଙ୍କା ହୋଇ ପରେ ଧୀରେ ଧୀରେ ଗଳି ପଡୁଥିବାରୁ ଦୃଶ୍ୟ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଛି। ସେହିପରି ରେଳଧାରଣାର ବହୁ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ମାଟି ଧସିଯାଇଛି। ମାଲିଗୁଡ଼ା ଛତରିପୁଟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୫୦ ମିଟର ମାଟି ଧସି ଯାଇଛି। କେତେକ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରେଳ ଧାରଣା ବି ଦବି ଯାଇଛି। ଖବର ପାଇ ରାୟଗଡା ଡିଆରଏମ ଅମିତାଭ ସିଂଘାଲ ମାଳିଗୁଡା ପହଞ୍ଚି ଉଦ୍ଧାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟର ତଦାରଖ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହି ରୁଟରେ ରେଳ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୩ଟି ଟ୍ରେନକୁ ବାତିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି। ୨ ଗୋଟି ଟ୍ରେନ କୋରାପୁଟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗଡିବ। କାଲି ୨୬ ତାରିଖ ପାଇଁ କିରାଣ୍ଡୁଲ-ବିଶାଖାପାଟନା ଉଭୟ ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ ଓ ପାସେଞ୍ଜେର ଟ୍ରେନକୁ ବାତିଲ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ରାଉରକେଲା-ଜଗଦଲପୁର ଇଣ୍ଟରସିଟି ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସ ବି ବାତିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି। ମରାମତି ସରିଲେ ଖୁବଶୀଘ୍ର ରେଳ ଚଳାଚଳ ହେବ ବୋଲି ସିପିଆରଓ କହିଛନ୍ତି।...

A high-voltage electricity tower collapsed near Maliguda station in Koraput following heavy rain, wind and landslides, disrupting train movement. Soil has fallen onto the tracks at several locations, with around 150 metres of earth reportedly sliding in the Maliguda-Chhatariput area and some stretches of track sinking. Rayagada DRM Amitabh Singhal reached Maliguda and inspected the restoration work. Three trains have been cancelled, while two others will run only up to Koraput. The Kirandul-Visakhapatnam Express and Passenger trains, along with the Rourkela-Jagdalpur Intercity Express, have been cancelled for September 26. Railway authorities said services will resume soon after restoration work is completed.
