ନେପାଳରେ ପ୍ରକୃତିର ତାଣ୍ଡବ ପରେ ଏବେ ତାହାର ପ୍ରଭାବ ବିହାରରେ। ନେପାଳରୁ ଆସୁଥିବା ବନ୍ୟାଜଳ ବିହାରର ଅନେକ ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ବେହାଲ କରିଦେଇଛି। ଗଙ୍ଗା, କୋସି ଓ ଗଣ୍ଡକ ସମେତ ଅନେକ ନଦୀ ଫୁଲିଥିବା ବେଳେ ବଢ଼ିଛି ବନ୍ୟା ବିପଦ। ୧୩ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୦ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ଏହି ବନ୍ୟାରେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ । କେଉଁଠି ଘରେ ପାଣି, କେଉଁଠି ରାସ୍ତାରେ ପାଣି... ତ ଆଉ କେଉଁଠି ପାଣି ଭିତରେ ଫସିଛି ଜନଜୀବନ। ବନ୍ୟା ଭିତରେ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ରିଲିଫ୍ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବା ସହ ଚାଲିଛି ରେସ୍କ୍ୟୁ ଅପରେସନ୍।

Floodwaters from Nepal have worsened the situation in Bihar, with the Ganga, Kosi and Gandak rivers swelling and triggering a major flood crisis. More than 3 million people across 13 districts have reportedly been affected. Homes and roads are submerged, daily life has been disrupted, and rescue and relief operations are underway to reach people stranded in flood-hit areas.
