ଲଘୁଚାପ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଲାଗି ରହିଛି ବର୍ଷା। ରାଜଧାନୀରେ ସକାଳୁ ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷା ଲାଗି ରହିଛି। ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟ ଲଘୁଚାପ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ଉତ୍ତର ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଭୀଷଣରୁ ଅତିଭୀଷଣ ବର୍ଷା ହେବା ନେଇ ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ କରିଛି ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ। ପ୍ରବଳରୁ ଅତିପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ନେଇ ୩ ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ରେଡ୍ ଓ୍ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି। କେନ୍ଦୁଝର, ମୟୂରଭଂଜ ଓ ବାଲେଶ୍ବରକୁ ରେଡ୍ ଆଲର୍ଟ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି। ଏସହ ଉତ୍ତର ଓ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡ଼ିସାର ୮ ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ଅରେଂଜ ଆଲର୍ଟ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି।

Rain continues across Odisha under the influence of a low-pressure area formed over the Bay of Bengal. The capital has been witnessing continuous rainfall since morning, while the weather department has forecast heavy to extremely heavy rain in northern Odisha. Red warnings have been issued for three districts—Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and Balasore—in view of heavy to very heavy rainfall. Orange alerts have also been issued for eight districts in northern and western Odisha as the low-pressure system continues to influence weather conditions across the state.
