Rainfall has already started in several parts of coastal Odisha ahead of Cyclone Arnab’s arrival. Light to moderate rain accompanied by strong winds is being reported since evening in Bhubaneswar, Paradip in Jagatsinghpur district and Astaranga in Puri district. The weather has begun affecting normal public life and vehicular movement in the affected areas.
