ଘୁଞ୍ଚିଲା ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ କ୍ରସ୍ ଭୋଟିଂ ମାମଲାର ଶୁଣାଣି। ୨୯ ତାରିଖକୁ ଶୁଣାଣି ଘୁଞ୍ଚାଇଲେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟ। ୨୮ ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଜବାବ ଦାଖଲ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିପକ୍ଷଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ୮ ସଦସ୍ୟ ଦଳର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ବିରୋଧରେ ଭୋଟ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଦଳ ବିରୋଧରେ ଯାଇଥିବାରୁ ସଭ୍ୟପଦ ରଦ୍ଦ କରିବାକୁ ଦାବି କରିଥିଲା ବିଜେଡି ।

The hearing in the Rajya Sabha election cross-voting case has been deferred, with the High Court scheduling the next hearing for September 29. The opposite parties have been directed to file their replies by September 28.
