ବାଦ୍ ପଡ଼ିଲେ ୨୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ୫୬ ହଜାର ଭୋଟର୍ । SIR ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ସରିବା ପରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଲା ଚୂଡ଼ାନ୍ତ ଭୋଟର୍ ତାଲିକା। ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଭୋଟର୍ ତାଲିକାର ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ସଘନ ସଂଶୋଧନ ବା SIR ପରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି ଚୂଡ଼ାନ୍ତ ଭୋଟର୍ ତାଲିକା। ଏହି ତାଲିକା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ରାଜ୍ୟର ମୋଟ୍ ଭୋଟର୍ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୩ କୋଟି ୧୬ ଲକ୍ଷ ୩୨ ହଜାର ୭୫୪। ଯାହାକି ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଥିବା ଚିଠା ଭୋଟର୍ ତାଲିକା ତୁଳନାରେ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ୪୫ ହଜାର ୭୨୦ ଅଧିକ। ତେବେ SIR ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ କାରଣରୁ ୨୦ ଲକ୍ଷ ୫୬ ହଜାର ଭୋଟର୍ ତାଲିକାରୁ ବାଦ୍ ପଡିଛନ୍ତି।
Odisha’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral roll has been completed and the final voter list has been published. The final roll contains 3,16,32,754 electors, which is 2,45,720 more than the draft roll. Before the SIR exercise, Odisha had 3,33,99,591 electors. During the enumeration stage, 20,12,557 electors were not included in the draft roll, with recorded reasons including death, shifting, absence and duplicate entries. The final list was subsequently revised after claims, objections and verification, with 2,90,497 electors added and 44,777 entries deleted from the draft roll. The final electorate therefore stands at 3.16 crore.
