ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷାରେ ଧୋଇଗଲା ନିର୍ମାଣଧିନ ପୋଲ। ଚମ୍ପୁଆ ବ୍ଲକ ପଡୁଆ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ମଙ୍ଗଳପୁର ଗାଁର ବାଗଡେଗା ନାଳର ନିର୍ମାଣଧିନ ପୋଲ ଧୋଇ ଯିବାରୁ ନାହିଁ ନଥିବା ଅସୁବିଧାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ଲୋକେ। ଭଣ୍ଡା ପଡୁଆ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତକୁ ସଂଯୋଗ କରୁଥିବା ଏହି ନାଳ ଉପରେ ପୋଲ ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟ ଧୋଇ ଯାଇଥିଲା। ଫଳରେ ତା ପାଖରେ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଗ୍ରାମ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ବିଭାଗ ତରଫରୁ ଆଉ ଏକ ନୂତନ ପୋଲ ନିର୍ମାଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ତେବେ ଗତ ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷାରେ ଏହି ନିର୍ମାଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଚାଲିଥିବା ବେଳେ ପୋଲ ଧୋଇ ଯିବାରୁ ୪/୫ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଯିବା ଆସିବା ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଠପ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଏନେଇ ଆର ଡ଼ି ବିଭାଗ JE ଙ୍କୁ ପଚାରି ବାରୁ ନୂଆ ପୋଲ ତିଆରି ଚାଲିଛି ଏବେ ଡ଼ାଇଭର୍ଶନ ରାସ୍ତା କୁ ଆସ୍ଥାୟୀ ମରାମତି କରାଯିବ ପରେ ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ତିଆରି ହେବ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି l

An under-construction bridge over Bagdega Nala in Mangalpur village under Padua Panchayat of Champua block was washed away following incessant rain, causing severe inconvenience to local residents. The bridge connects the area with Bhanda Padua Panchayat and had also been washed away last year. A new bridge was being constructed beside the earlier structure by the Rural Development Department this year. However, the ongoing construction was affected by heavy rain, and the bridge was washed away, completely disrupting movement for people from around four to five panchayats. When contacted, the RD Department JE said temporary repairs would be carried out on the diversion road, after which the bridge would be properly constructed.
