ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍ ପେମେଣ୍ଟର ସବୁଠାରୁ ବଡ଼ ମାଧ୍ୟମ ପାଲଟିଥିବା UPI ଚାର୍ଜ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ନେଇ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚା ବଢ଼ିଛି। ତେବେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କଥା ହେଉଛି ୟୁପିଆଇ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କଠାରୁ କୌଣସି କାରବାର ଶୁଳ୍କ ଆଦାୟ କରାଯିବ ନାହିଁ। ଗ୍ରାହକ ଭାବେ ଆପଣ ଦୋକାନ, ରେଷ୍ଟୁରାଣ୍ଟ କିମ୍ବା ପେଟ୍ରୋଲ ପମ୍ପରେ UPIରେ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ କଲେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଟଙ୍କା ଦେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ ନାହିଁ। ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ UPIରେ ଟଙ୍କା ପଠାଇଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ଚାର୍ଜ ନାହିଁ।
