ରେଡ୍ ଟିମ୍ ବନାମ ବ୍ଲୁ ଟିମ୍ । ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ଶତ୍ରୁଙ୍କୁ ଶେଷ କରିଦେବାର ରଣକୌଶଳ । ସାଗରରୁ ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କଡ଼ା ପହରା। ଜଳପଥରେ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀଙ୍କ ମୁକାବିଲା ପାଇଁ ସଜାଗ ଓଡ଼ିଶା । ଆଜିଠୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଉପକୂଳରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେଉଛି ମେଗା ସମରାଭ୍ୟାସ ସାଗର କବଚ। ଜଳପଥ ଦେଇ ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ଅନୁପ୍ରବେଶକୁ ପ୍ରତିହତ କରିବା ଏବଂ ଉପକୂଳ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଅଭେଦ୍ୟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଓ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ତରଫରୁ ମିଳିତ ମକଡ୍ରିଲ୍ କରାଯାଉଛି।
A two-day mega security exercise, ‘Sagar Kavach’, begins along the Odisha coast today to strengthen coastal security and counter possible terrorist infiltration through waterways. The exercise features Red Team versus Blue Team drills, with security agencies conducting coordinated operations from the sea to the land. Odisha remains on alert as agencies practise strategies to detect and thwart potential threats entering through maritime routes. A joint mock drill is being conducted by Odisha and West Bengal to test preparedness and further strengthen the coastal security system.
