A major mobile phone loot case has come to light from Astaranga market in Puri district, where mobile phones worth around ₹40 lakh were allegedly looted. Police arrested three persons from Uttar Pradesh and brought them back for investigation. A total of 40 stolen mobile phones were recovered from the accused. According to the source, the accused had allegedly posed as mobile phone traders before turning into looters.
