8 Odias Missing in Nepal Disaster, No Trace Yet

ନେପାଳ ମହାପ୍ରଳୟକୁ ବିତିଲାଣି ୫ ଦିନ। ଏଯାଏଁ ୭୬୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହେଲାଣି, ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୫ ଶହ ନିଖୋଜ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ୟା ଭିତରେ ଭାରତରୁ ନେପାଳ ଯାଇଥିବା ଯେଉଁ ପରିବାରର ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ଘର ବାହୁଡ଼ା ହେଉଛି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପର୍କୀୟଙ୍କ ଆଖିରେ ଆଖିଏ ଖୁସି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଏବେ ଯାଏଁ କୌଣସି ସୂଚନା ମିଳିନି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ଖାଲି ଦୁଃଖ ଆଉ କୋହ। ନେପାଳରେ ନିଖୋଜ ଥିବା ଓଡ଼ିଆଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଏବେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୮ ଜଣଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ସନ୍ଧାନ ମିଳିନଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି।

Five days after the devastating disaster in Nepal, more than 760 people have reportedly died and around 2,500 remain missing. While families of Indians returning home from Nepal are relieved to see their loved ones safe, the families of those still untraceable are facing immense grief and anxiety. Among the Odias reported missing in Nepal, no information has been received about eight people so far.
