ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ଜାଲରେ ବରଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲା କଟାଭାଲ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାହୀ ଅଧିକାରୀ। PEO କାର୍ତ୍ତିକେଶ୍ବର ବେହେରାଙ୍କ ଘରେ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ରେଡ୍ କରୁଛି। ଆୟ ବହିର୍ଭୂତ ସଂପତ୍ତି ଠୁଳ ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଏକକାଳୀନ ୬ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ଚଢ଼ାଉ ଜାରି ରଖିଛି। ରେଡ ବେଳେ ପୈତୃକ ଘର କନ୍ଦାଗାଡ଼ରୁ ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ଜବତ କରିଛି ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ୯୮ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା। ଏଥ ସହିତ ଗାଏସିଲଟରେ ୨ ମହଲା ଘର, ଗୋଟିଏ ମାର୍କେଟ କମ୍ପ୍ଲେକ୍ସ ଠାବ ହୋଇଛି। ଗୋଟିଏ ଗୋଦାମ ଘର, ନିର୍ମାଣାଧୀନ ୪ ମହଲା କୋଠା ମଧ୍ୟ ଠାବ ହୋଇଛି। ପୈତୃକ ଘର କନ୍ଦାଗାଡ଼ ସହ ଅଫିସ୍ ଚାମ୍ବରରେ ବି ଭିଜିଲାନ୍ସ ରେଡ୍ କରୁଛି।

Odisha Vigilance is conducting simultaneous raids at six locations linked to Bargarh district Kataval Panchayat Executive Officer (PEO) Kartikeswar Behera. The searches are being carried out over allegations of possession of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income. Bundles of cash have reportedly been found at the PEO’s residence as Vigilance officials continue their search.
