CJP Gives CEC Gyanesh Kumar 48-Hour Resignation Ultimatum

ଶନିବାର ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ ସିଇସି ଜ୍ଞାନେଶ କୁମାର । ନଚେତ୍ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୨ ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ଜୟନ୍ତୀଠାରୁ ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପୀ ବିରୋଧ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। ଦେଶରେ 'ଜନ୍ତ ମନ୍ତର 2.0' ଭଳି ସ୍ଥିତି ଉପୁଜିବା ନେଇ କଡ଼ା ଚେତାବନୀ ଦେଇଛି କକରୋଚ୍ ଜନତା ପାର୍ଟି । CJPର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅଭିଜିତ ଦୀପକେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିଶନର ଜ୍ଞାନେଶ କୁମାରଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଏହି ଚେତାବନୀ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସୋସିଆଲ ମିଡିଆ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମ ‘ଏକ୍ସ’ରେ ଏକ ପୋଷ୍ଟ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଦୀପକେ କହିଛନ୍ତି CJP ମୁମ୍ବାଇରୁ ଏହି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବ। ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସମୟରେ ଏହାକୁ ଦେଶର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ବ୍ୟାପକ କରାଯିବ । ଦୀପକେ ଏହି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନକୁ ‘ଜନ୍ତର-ମନ୍ତର ୨.୦’ ବୋଲି ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ଜୟନ୍ତୀରେ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ରକୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ସଂକଳ୍ପ ନେବାକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ଆହ୍ୱାନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ସହିତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଅନିୟମିତତା ନେଇ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରୁଥିବା ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦୀପକେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତାଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗ, ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଉପରେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠାଇବା ସତ୍ତ୍ୱେ ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳଗୁଡ଼ିକ ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ ଜାରି ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆୟୋଗଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଶୈଳୀ ଓ SIR ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକୁ ନେଇ ସାରା ଦେଶରେ ବିବାଦ ତୀବ୍ର ହେଉଛି।

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has demanded the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar within 48 hours and warned of nationwide protests if he does not step down. CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke said the party will launch its agitation from Mumbai and expand it across the country, calling it ‘Jantar Mantar 2.0’. The warning comes amid the ongoing controversy over the Election Commission’s functioning and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
