Ganjam Rain Washes Away Temporary Road, 6 Villages Cut Off

ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷାରେ ଧୋଇଗଲା ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ରାସ୍ତା। ବିଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ହେଲା ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ। ଗଞ୍ଜାମ ଧରାକୋଟ ବ୍ଲକ ମାଣିକ୍ୟପୁର ନିକଟରେ ନନ୍ଦିନୀ ନଦୀ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ମାଣାଧୀନ ପୋଲର ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ରାସ୍ତା ଧୋଇଯାଇଛି।

Continuous heavy rain has washed away a temporary road over the Nandini River near Manikyapur in Dharakote block, Ganjam, disrupting communication. The temporary route had been built using two pipes and soil to facilitate movement while a bridge was under construction. With the road washed away, residents of six villages—Nuagaon, Badapur, Kartali, Belapada, Kandhipada and Manikyapur—are facing difficulties in transportation.
