ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭବନରେ ଲାଞ୍ଜିଆ ସଉରାଙ୍କ ନୂଆଖାଇ ଭେଟଘାଟ। ରାୟଗଡ଼ା ଜିଲା ଗୁଣୁପୁର ବ୍ଲକ୍ ରେଜିଙ୍ଗତାଲ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରୁ ବିରଳ ଜନଜାତି ଲାଞ୍ଜିଆ ସଉରାଙ୍କ ଏକ ୧୫ ଜଣିଆ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ଗ୍ରୁପ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭବନରେ ନୂଆଖାଇ ଭେଟଘାଟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଭାଗ ନେଇଥିଲେ। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କୁ ଲାଞ୍ଜିଆ ସଉରାଙ୍କ ଏକ ଇଡିତାଲ୍ ପେଣ୍ଟିଂ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଲାଞ୍ଜିଆ ସଉରା ହୁଇସିଲ୍ ମାରି ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ମୁର୍ମୁଙ୍କୁ ମନମୁଗ୍ଧ କରିଥିଲେ। ଗୁଣୁପୁର ଭଳି ଆଦିବାସୀ ବହୁଳ ପଛୁଆ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରୁ ବିରଳ ଜନଜାତିଙ୍କ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଭବନରେ ନୂଆଖାଇ ପାଳନ କରିବା ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଗୌରବ ଆଣିଛି।

A 15-member cultural group of the Lanjia Saura tribe from Rejingatal area of Gunupur block in Rayagada district participated in a Nuakhai gathering at Rashtrapati Bhavan. On the occasion, the group presented an Idithal painting of the Lanjia Saura community to President Droupadi Murmu. The group also impressed the President with a traditional Lanjia Saura whistle performance. The participation of the tribal community from Gunupur in the Nuakhai celebration at Rashtrapati Bhavan has brought pride to the region.
