The aroma of Dahi Pakhala and special-seasoned vegetable curry fills the Durga Puja mandap at Sagadia Sahi–Professor Pada in Cuttack. On Maha Navami, the puja committee offers this traditional delicacy to Maa Mahishasuramardini and distributes it among more than 10,000 devotees.
