PMGSY ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଉଦଘାଟନ ପାଇଁ ସାଂସଦଙ୍କୁ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ସହ ଉପସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ କଲେ ସରକାର, ବିରୋଧୀ କହିଲେ ତାଳିପକା ଉଦ୍ୟମ, ବିଜେପି ରଖିଲା ଜବାବ।PMGSY ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଉଦଘାଟନରେ ସାଂସଦଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗ୍ରାମ୍ୟ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ବିଭାଗର ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ୍ ଜାରି ପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ତତ୍ପରତା। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଗ୍ରାମ୍ୟ ସଡ଼କ ଯୋଜନା- PMGSY ଅଧୀନରେ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ ବା ଉଦଘାଟନୀ ଉତ୍ସବ ହେଉ। ସବୁଥିରେ ସାଂସଦମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରାଯିବା ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ରହିବ।
The Odisha Government has made the presence of MPs mandatory at foundation-laying and inauguration programmes for projects approved under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), following guidelines issued by the Union Rural Development Ministry. The move is aimed at ensuring MPs are invited to such government programmes. The Opposition has described the step as an attempt to bridge the distance between MPs and MLAs, while the BJP has responded to the criticism.
